Studio 28 Clarens offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 persons (2 separate apartments sleeping 2 each, with option of a king size bed or 2 single beds).

Each apartment has its own equipped kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery), separate bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, private patio with braai facilities and secure under cover parking in the complex (40m from your door). 

We offer flat screen TVs with TV boxes and free uncapped Wi-Fi.

Studio 28 Clarens welcomes children over 12 years and older.

Fully house trained, well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, providing they are treated against ticks & fleas and not left alone at the units.

Check In is from 2pm till late (self-check-in and check-out)

BOOKING POLICY

100% payment is required to confirm a booking. 

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends and during the summer holidays.

RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.

We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 prior arrival. Refund are done within 21 days of departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, on arrival date or no show: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted

We will gladly postpone a booking, at no extra cost and subject to availability.
