THE HOUSE has 3 separate bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), and sleeps up to 6 persons. A large family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath is shared between the guests.

THE HOUSE

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery and cutlery as well as a dining room and lounge with a flat screen smart TV and free uncapped Wi-Fi  complete the picture. There is also a desk with Euro & USB plug should you need to do some work away from home. 

Guests have private use of the covered veranda with braai as well as the shared fenced garden, which makes Village Studio Guesthouse the perfect venue for pet owners.

The House is rented as a whole and is ideal for a family or a group of friends wanting to visit the region. With the newly equipped working station, we welcome digital nomads and business travellers alike.

Village Studio Guesthouse welcomes children of all ages.

Fully house trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, providing they are treated against ticks & fleas and not left alone, whether inside or outside.

Please note that regrettably we are not wheelchair friendly.

Check In is between 2pm and 10pm (self-check-in and check-out)

BOOKING POLICY

100% payment is required to confirm a booking. 

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends and during the summer holidays.

RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.

We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 upon arrival. Refund will be done within 21 days of departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, on arrival date or no show: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.

We will gladly postpone a booking, at no extra cost and subject to availability.
