THE GARDEN SUITE is a separate unit with its own entrance. It sleeps 2 persons in a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath.
There is a kitchenette with “heat & eat” facilities comprising a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
A flat TV with TV box and free uncapped Wi-Fi complete the picture.
The Garden Suite has its own braai with a table and chairs in the shared garden.
Amenities are:
- Complimentary coffee, tea, rooibos, sugar, creamer and dishwashing liquid.
- Bed linen, hand towels, bath sheets and extra blankets.
- Heaters & electric blankets for the chilly nights.
- Hand soap, shower gel and toilet paper
- Free uncapped Wi-Fi.
- Backup water tank & rechargeable globes
- Free parking on the premises
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check In is between 2pm and 10pm (self-check-in and check-out)
Please arrange with us should you wish to arrive earlier or later (subject to availability)
Check Out is 10am.

BOOKING POLICY
100% payment is required to confirm a booking.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends and during the summer holidays.
RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.
We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 upon arrival. Refund will be done within 21 days of departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, on arrival date or no show: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
We will gladly postpone a booking, at no extra cost and subject to availability.
