STUDIO OCEAN
Studio Ocean is a well equipped and comfortable self-catering cottage located in the holiday resort of Marina Glen, Marina Beach on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. Whether you are on business or holiday, you will enjoy the lovely view over the lush indigenous forest and the thundering sound of the waves in the background.
Studio Ocean is only a kilometer away from the Blue Flag beach of Marina Beach. For those who prefer calmer waters, there is a swimming pool in the resort, as well as a put-put and a play area for children.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a bedroom, a bathroom , and an open-plan kitchen and lounge.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there are 2 single beds in the lounge.
The newly refurbished bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin, toilet, and a washing machine.
The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils needed. The small adjacent garden has a built in braai and outdoor furniture. Safe parking is available.
There is a TV and a DVD player in the cottage but please do bring your own decoder and card. Studio Ocean also offers books, magazines and DVDs for your enjoyment.
Bed linen, hand towels, bath sheets and extra blankets are supplied for your stay.
Many tourist attractions as well as beautiful golf courses close by make Studio Ocean a destination of choice.
Studio Ocean welcomes children 6 years and older.
Unfortunately the resort does not allow pets.
Please note that regrettably we are not wheelchair friendly.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check In is between 12pm and 4pm.
Please arrange with us should you wish to arrive earlier or later.
Check Out is 9am.
Please arrange with us should you wish to leave later.
BOOKING POLICY
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The balance is due 7 days prior arrival, by EFT into our account.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends.
RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.
A breakage deposit of R1000 is payable 14 days prior arrival prior arrival. Refund will be done within 30 days of departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
