Each apartment has its own equipped kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, rockery & cutlery), separate bathroom with bath and shower over bath, patio with braai facilities and private secure under cover parking in the complex (40m from your door). We offer flat screen TVs with DSTV (guesthouse package).

Complimentary coffee, tea, rooibos, sugar, creamer, salt & pepper and dishwashing liquid.

Percale linen, hand towels, bath sheets and extra blankets.

Heaters & electric blankets for the chilly nights. 

Studio 28 Clarens welcomes children over 12 years and older.

Fully house trained, well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

BOOKING POLICY

A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The balance is due 7 days prior arrival, by EFT into our account.

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends.

RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.

We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 upon arrival. Refund will be done within 30 days of departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
