Studio 28 Clarens – Apartment B

STUDIO 28 Clarens, Apartment B offers accommodation for a maximum of 2 guests, with option of a king size bed or 2 single beds.

The apartment has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, patio with braai facilities and private secure under cover parking in the complex (40m from your door). We offer flat screen TVs with uncapped WiFi and TV box. The kitchenette is well equipped with bar fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, rockery & cutlery.

Complimentary coffee, tea, rooibos, sugar, creamer, salt & pepper and dishwashing liquid.

Percale linen, hand towels, bath sheets and extra blankets.

Heaters & electric blankets for the chilly nights.

Studio 28 Clarens welcomes children over 12 years and older.

Fully house trained, well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Please note that regrettably we are not wheelchair friendly.

BOOKING POLICY

Payment in full is required to confirm a booking.

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends and during the summer holidays.

RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

Rates vary according to season. Please contact us.

We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 upon arrival. Refund will be done within 30 days of departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
