STUDIO 28 Clarens, Apartment A offers accommodation for a maximum of 2 persons (with the option of a king-size bed or 2 single beds).
The apartment has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, patio with braai facilities and private secure undercover parking in the complex (40m from your door). We offer flat-screen TVs with uncapped WiFi and TV box. The kitchenette is well equipped with bar fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery.

BOOKING POLICY
Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required over long weekends and during the summer holidays.
RATES & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

We reserve the right to request a breakage deposit of R500 upon arrival. Refund will be done within 30 days of departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
